We collect information you provide directly to us, including your name, email address, and trading data you enter into the Service. We also collect usage data such as how you interact with the Service, device information, and log data.
We use the information we collect to provide and improve the Service, process payments, send transactional emails, provide AI coaching features, and respond to your requests. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Your trading data — including trade logs, P&L, screenshots, and journal entries — is private by default and only visible to you. Mentors you explicitly connect with can view your trading data as part of the mentoring feature. We never share or sell your trading data.
When you use the AI coaching feature, your trade data is sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate responses. This data is used only to generate your coaching response and is subject to Anthropic's privacy policy. We do not use your trading data to train AI models.
Your data is stored securely on Supabase infrastructure, which runs on AWS. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We maintain backups to prevent data loss.
We use essential cookies to maintain your session and keep you logged in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can control cookie settings in your browser.
We use the following third-party services: Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payment processing), Anthropic (AI coaching), and Vercel (hosting). Each of these services has their own privacy policy.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data is permanently deleted within 30 days. You can export your trading data at any time from your account settings.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time. You can do this through your account settings or by contacting us. You also have the right to export your data in a machine-readable format.
The Service is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
